At PreSonus, we are committed to providing high-quality audio solutions and offer a 30-day return window for products purchased directly from our store. If you are not completely satisfied with your gear, we will facilitate a return for a refund or exchange to ensure your studio setup is perfect.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your MyPreSonus account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the hardware in its original factory packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
